Sawtooth Construction also ensures that all of the required subtrades for your project, hired by Sawtooth Construction, have the appropriate insurance coverage as well.

This one is a biggy. Did you know that if your hire someone to work on your property that doesn't have WorkSafe BC coverage (also know as WCB) and they hurt themselves that you are liable? It is basically looked at as if you are the general contractor and they are your employee: You are responsible for them. With Sawtooth Construction you no longer need to worry about this. Sawtooth Construction ensures that all of its employees and subtrades are fully covered* ... which means you are too!
Minimum 1 Year Warranty
Some of the materials that you use in your project may have their own individual warranties but what about the workmanship itself?
With Sawtooth Construction you are covered with a 1 year warranty on your project. This covers any defect in work due to faulty materials and/or workmanship*. You are also provided with the details of any warranties by manufacturers or suppliers on individual materials, products, or systems supplied by Sawtooth Construction.
